my mate runs a gt30 turbo over 400bhp with a grs intercooler and the end tanks on it have bulged with the pressure ,could be cause of the restriction in the cooler tho i could wrong

no its 2.1 zetec turbo 460bhp@27psi but he runs it @20psi around 400bhp most of the time
