Volumetric Efficiency.
Basically, the % of the volume of the cylinder it actually consumes in air.
So if its 80% VE, it will take 400cc of air into a 500cc vessel (air volume based on atmospheric pressure)
A turbo car can easily see WELL over 100% VE
