Default FAO Windows 2003 Server Experts - Company Spyware ?

Help please..

Been using a companys network to browse the internet and for POP email.

The network is running Win Server 2003 Small business.

OUTLOOK is configured to user local server mail host - No problem.

Also run OUTLOOK EXPRESS with seperate configuration to my own
personal ISP.

Also been browing the internet.

The ADSL router is on 192.168.0.1

My DNS and default gateway is 192.168.1.1 (server)

The laptop I am using auto configures network connection automatically
using XP Win 2003 log on.

My questions are ....

Can my OUTLOOK EXPRESS email be intercepted by the local server ?

Does Win 2003 Server log my web activity ?

How can I find out whats going on ?

Reason I ask is I think the spotty 18 year old IT geek here is playing around.

There isnt a legal issue with me using this network for email/web as
I am contracted to this company and actually pay them for unrestricted
network access.

Any help appreciated
