Avid - in that pic, my Dell Pc is running one monitor (right one) from a stock on board VGA output, and the second is being run by a HDD media player that has VGA output, so not a "true" dual monitor set up as I mentioned
On the "ghetto HTPC" in my other thread, I put a boggo NVidia MX440 AGP card (64mb?) which has VGA and SVid - I only wanted it for the SVid to connect to the TV, but if you connect both you can have "split desktops" over two screens
That "ghetto HTPC" is only ever gonna be connected in the sitting room to the CRT TV tho - the only reason I got a second monitor was to watch TV on when at the PC, so it will never be connected to a PC. I bought a DVD player that has internal Freeview and also has a VGA output - so I connect it to the monitor, which allows me to watch TV when at the PC, without a big bulky TV sat on the desk. And it's just the right size for it's position on the desk, so I ain't sitting too close to a big fat tube screen CRT
I'd love a 2405 but I'd need two to pull it off, and I can't justify the money on em
