Photoshop is your friend mate... I work as a Graphics Designer here in denmark, so I'm pretty used to handling graphics.. But explaining how would probably take ages - I could make you a new sig if that's what you need, I used to make a good lot in here, but the time to hang around the photoshop forum on here, hasn't been to good for a while...
