I was in the same position a couple of years ago.

Got speaking to a woodford motorsport to get some advice.

They said a normall organic clutch good enough to carry that sort of power would be very heavy and that I might have to uprate my pedeal box.

I went for a paddle clutch and found it to be fine, does have very slight judder at certain biting points but not really that noticable.

It doesn't grab or anything and seems to still wotk ok.

It's an AP 4 paddle clutch.
