Got to the bottom of this damn problem..thanks to all in here.

It was the imobaliser module.
Once i had found it (behind the stereo) took it out,opened it up and there was a great big burn mark in the middle..Got another one from my local scrappy for £7 and the car just burst back into life.

Just gotta stop the leak from the return hose now before i drive it
but thats the easy part.
Just wanna say a great big thanks to all the advice given by you guys.
