I know Christian`s car well and that he has always run standard rads.. Just thinking out of the box a bit, re: an alternative aftermarket item, and would it dissipate better than alloy? I`m under the impression that the standard Ford rads use an epoxy glue to hold the fins in? Is this right, because in these cases often the glue used is a good heat insulator so the rad won`t cool too well.. Also from what I`ve read copper cored rads are soldered together, and the main constituent of solder is lead, and lead is a terrible heat conductor.. ?

I`m just trying to work out if it`s viable to get ( in one way or another ) an after market copper core ( super effiecient ) rad made up???

Or am I just wasting my time?
