Default sapphire cosworth wheels rubbing on the front

hi,i have a bilstein spring and shock kit on my car(2wd sapphire cosworth 1990)think its a -25mm drop,at the weekend i fitted a set of rs 7 spoke softline wheels, had to fit 5mm spacers to clear the brakes which im not too happy about, might try some 2mm spacers!my problem is this, the wheels sit too far forward in the arch now and rub off of the inner arch plastic, not at the top of the wheel like you would expect but off of where the bumper mounts,i always though my old standard wheels sat too far forward,it has poly bushes on the arb where it passes through the tca,i think thats where the problem is,if the tca was to come back 10mm it would be cured, has anybody come across this?can you help?thanks!
