You need to make a few simple changes to it in order for it to be mated to a cosworth
You will need the clutch release arm from a cosworth - Ford still supply them new for £20 also you need to replace the lug in the bell housing to which the release arm connects, to a cosworth version - again available from Ford for a fiver -just tap it out and replace
If you dont do this then the clutch wont engage as the travel is different on the 2 litre version as the flywheel is thicker
This I found out the hard way but box has been good as gold for a couple of years now and was a lot cheaper without the dreaded cosworth word
