Maybe he should have viewed first, depends on your viewpoint - but you were wrong to not at least let the fella hear the car before handing over his money. If you wasted my time like you did his I'd not be best pleased. And as for you loosing the listing fee - who's fault is that ? If you were a tad more reasonable then you'd have had a sale and money in your pocket.
