Ritey - cheers for the help guys - bolt is now undone - just got a long bar, and gave it a sharp tap twice with my hand to release the pressure.... I guess now the real fun begins with the pulley! lol!
Agree with what you say about leaving the pully in place - can't see it being possible, but i'd be happy to be proved wrong
