......ur normal sump/oil is going to get very hot when u rag the car.....u can get a oil cooler for less money.........but i have a big wing sump for the extra capasity aswell as cooling.........if u lose half a litre from abuse,the engine will be better off with a larger resivoir of oil.........p.s.......i got my sump from big Mike R..............
