I've got Mk2 Orion sitting on Mondeo 5 spokes similar ot the Escort Cossie wheels.

The Orion fitments are for 4 bolts, but the wheels were designed for just the studs, which have bigger shoulders than the older Ford bolts.

So basically, the shoulders on the bolts I'm using are too small for the wheels, and are starting to cut into the wheels. I knew this before I bought the car but thought no problem, I'll just buy bigger shouldered bolts.

Turns out this might be a problem, as a few folk don't reckon you can get bolts with bigger shoulders that will fit

So this might mean bye bye to the wheels unless anyone can suggest bolts that might fit, or is this a pointless venture trying to find some??

Gutted as I just spent £120 on two new Toyo Proxes!!
