If it's making good power at just under 1 bar, then providing det is not an issue then 2 bar WILL give good results.
It doesn't work like that .

Let's use an Escort Cosworth as an example, at 22psi it makes 330bhp, by your logic running 2 bar into it would give a "good result". The reality is that running 2 bar through an Escort Cosworth without lowering the c/r would see it end up in moltern pieces scattered inside the engine bay .

I REALLY hope Lee has lowe enough compression to run the amount of boost that he needs to achieve 400+bhp, otherwise I know he will be disappointed .

Then how comes one of Mark's escorts on Autronics with standard comp ratio and t34 made excessively good power with 2.3 bar. Like i said, if det is not an issue then why wont it be good?
