A fiver is a fiver mate, and even more so to both yourself and me, we are both in the same boat!

The Green/Red may be connected elsewhere........if its had a bridge wire in it since u bought it, my guess is it wont be cut though, the probably plugged the purple relay in and when it didnt work gave up and used a shitty wire!

Nothing ventured nothing gained mate..........as long as u keep that red well away from shorting out on anything you'll be fine (as the red is unfused)
