It depends on your max bid. Your sniper will bid up to your max bid within a few seconds as will someone elses. In those circumstances it's all down to who is the highest bidder
for arguments sake say both bids were the same, who wins?
im not really a fan of these snipe programs, as said above i like the 2 windows open and refresh one while watching the other one, always worked for me in the past.
