Ok, if this is his true goal to reduce CO levels, then surely he should apply to all vehicles. Even a 10-20 yr old pop-bang fiesta will produce CO, so why reduce its (and other cars) road tax?
Or am i being really cynical and wondering if he is just after my flippin MONEY!
I cant believe JJ's comment about an SL being cheaper than an espace...worlds going mad!
Because these vehicles emmissions when they were new is unknown, so they cannot tax these cars on the same sliding scale. Only ones from the date where it was a legal requirement for the manufacturers to provide this information.
