A competent mechanic can put an engine together, that dont make him have the first clue about good tuning methods.
He recently thought his M3 (non evo) would have 380bhp or something equally pathetic just cause it had a cat back exhaust and a remap on it FFS.
I love the way that you mention that it was a non evo like an evo would be any more likely to achieve 380bhp with those mods!
