I got done for it mate, lots of people have , live and learn and all that. I was actually insured in my own mind, (insured to drive anyones car, I was driving a car co-owned by me and a mate at the time) but the copper hated me and went out his way to get me, as I was making him look silly in court over a speeding offence he lied about #


Insurance will be fucking expensive for the next 5 years , they really hammer you for it, bit of double jeapordy .

To get away with the exceptional hardship plea, you will have to prove other people will suffer as a result of you loosing your licence, the beak won't care if you loose your job/house life etc
