Default kangerooing cossy managed frst

i'm new to this site, so hello people. the car is 2ltr zvh recently fitted with cossy level 6 management, it then went to pts for a map. the car had a big flat spot when pulling away, so i checked the timing , i found that on tdc, the rotor arm was no where near the no1 electrode in the dizzy cap, i adjusted it to the right place & reset the phase sensor (45 degrees crank angle). the car then drove much better, but it kangeroo's at cruising speeds (light throttle), & on any amount of boost it's fine. also i cant adjust the co below 4% on idle (and if i turn the co up the kangerooing decreases). its driving me mad, so any help would be much appreciated. heres a list of what ive tried: map sensor, tps, ecu(& chip), coolant temp sensor(the blue one!), & checked the fuel pressure.
