Afetr cleaning all the oil out of the engine bay i have now found what caused the engine to melt, the vaccume hose that goes to the 3bar map sensor has come off which i guess is why it done it at 80-85 mph, as i wasnt giving it death, as it wasnt fully mapped.

I now need a new engine, as this one has started smoking when it was re-built it was re-bored to .5 oversize, which means i wont be able to have it done again.

If anyone knows where there is a 100% complete original engine, prefer S1, can be tired or high mileage, but must be un touched, and NEVER had a re-build.
