right then lets see.
you need to take the rockers off, lifters out, cam belt off, pulley off, and dizzy off. you might need to take the airbox off if running mfi as the cam shaft won't clear this. also don't forget the thrust plate at the pulley end. once this lots off you should be able to slide it out from the dizzy end. if it gets stuck then just gently wiggle it about and it should free up.
as for running in it's recommended that you hold the revs between 2500 and 3000 if i remember correctly for about twentyfive mins, but can't quite remember so don't quote me on that.
as for the cam pulley bolt, pretty sure the torque setting is 44lb ft. remember to use some thread lock on it as well to avoid it coming out.
