I do gym 5/6 days a week, 140KG on latt pulldown, 140KG on PEC DEC, 160KG on leg press, also do CV boring stuff as well BP is 120/80 pulse 68/76 amd weight 20 st 8 lb, sets of 12 6 times.
30 mins on xtrainer, and fall,over when I get off!!, 85KG on smiths, 35/40KG reverse curl (no thumbs).
