a twist socket(think thats what they are called)is a socket with spiralled teeth in it,if you have a rounded off nut,pan head screw,allen key bolt etc this socket goes over the top of it and the spirralled teeth bite in to the screw and hopefully remove it,most garages have them,very handy things,and once the glass is out you will get to all the screws,when you get your sunroof out it will probably fall to bits and look like spaghetti,dont worry about that,but be very very careful with the replacement sunroof,if you need to go down that road of course!
