Need to find someone's address by their name. I have the road name and most of the postcode, but don't know the house number.

The site I would normally use by searching the electoral register is b4usearch.com, but it's currently updating, so no good.

Other sites like 192.com want money, which goes against my internet principles!

Any other suggestions?
