Ok my sunroof seems to be semi fixed (will tilt but not slide) I soaked the screws for the glass in wd40 this morning,come out this afternoon and decided to try and see if it will open and it did (tilt only) so looks like i saved myself a few bob in a replacement.
But wanna say thanks for all your help guys
