No, the Standard plastic 4x4 Header tank comes with only 2 'tubes.'
A lower one to supply the water and the higher one for the return.
It
doesn't have a return for the swirl pot. You will also find that if you are running any more power than standard they will start to crack really easilly, and you risk it splitting
However i you could put a T peice into the return and keep your swirl pot, just a thought coz i've never seen it done?
