Has anyone found the limits of the standard focus fuel pump with regards to to maximum flow of the pump?

I'm in the process of building a zetec turbo for my focus and usually you just get the line of 'buy the RS fuel pump' line, but is this from experience or just because someone told them too?

If someone has found the limits of the standard pump at what power was it?
