You can *usually* do this, but you will need to know, or guess, who their ISP is.
In the POP settings, you put your ISP details, and in the SMTP you put their ISP's details. So, something like smtp.blueyonder.co.uk
OR
Just use you ISP's web based mail, and not outlook.
