One last chance for this must be some way other than either setting up another computer in the other room or running an extension point.

I mean back in the day before broadband, surely there were some form of networks that shared a common dial up modem ? Or was the only way via another "server" type pc

Please someone gotta have some idea

Or at least tell me it cant be done, to stop me thinking about doing it lol
