Although - if you just want to use public trackers then yeah, the more seeders there are the better. When a torrent like the Lost ones get old they tend to stick with a few hundred seeders and maybe a similar number of leechers (possibly more leechers still though due to it's popularity). This is a good time to get it but it obviously means waiting.

If you use a private tracker then you can normally download the next day (like you currently do) and get really good speeds The downside of course is that you need to maintain a good 'share ratio' but that shouldn't be hard if you leave your computer on for a few hours and you pick the torrent up within a day of it being posted.
