my week just gets worse don't it

the insurance bloke has just been round to tell us that the leaking foor/windows aren't covered by the household insurance

so, anyone who knows what they are doing and is local able to provide me with a quote as to how much it's going to be to repair this mess?

the flat foor above the bay window is leaking into the window, as in the double glazing is fillingup with water when the foor leaks

help!
