dan this is actualy a very serious one about the job mate, he taking the piss so wanna know the legal standing when i HAVE to look after my daughter rather than get hurled abuse for taking time off and being told i must find a child minder for 3 fucking days at my expence no matter the cost cause the business is my number one concern,,,, hes already been told to know himself by me once this week
