how much realistically would I expect to get from breaking my car...

it will have a fresh proper low comp stage 3 engine, 205 block BRAND NEW T34, greens, 3 bar, reground crank, new shells, rings, head recon, 3 angle seats, new guides, basically EVERYTHING...

has the usual stainless exhaust etc

interior is good cloth

gearbox is recon, not even been used yet

diamond cuts RS7's, good tyres....

nothing 'bad' about the car
