One week ago i put the wheels in motion for reclaiming my bank charges back, i worked out over the last 3 years they have charged me £2152.80
I think every one will agree this is some serious money to just flitter away so i spent a morning getting every thing ready. I got back all my previous bank statements from my local bank, and went through and them and highlighted all the charges i could find. Its one of those jobs that i had just been saying "i'll sort it tomorrow, i'll sort it tomorrow".

This website has template letters that have been drawn up by specialist in law, and there are different letters for different responces the bank may give you.
I personally had closed my account down 6 months previous to me doing all this and theres even a letter for people like me whoes accounts are closed.
If you spend a little bit of time reading the website above it can make a big difference to your finanual situation.

remember- the banks have never not given any one there money back, these charges are illegal!!!!
