Your still going to be limited by the management unless you remap which is going to cost you around 500 quid.
standard rods with skimmed pistons are only safe to use if you dont want to run much boost.
if your usin a 2.0 zetec you will require a sump and oil pick up pipe from a 1.8
you need the water pump plate and blanking plugs
The zvh is not cheap to do properly and you still limited by your management at present, I would much prefer a strong CVH running high boost than a fragile zvh on standard rods.
If your doing it, do it properly... for me personally its CVH or Zetec...nothing inbetween
