Mate it's a scam as usual. There has been about 15 different ones. All they have done is found a picture of the car on the internet and used it in their advert.

The car wont be stolen and the details will be made up.

I think someone on here's car was used a picture a few times. All you can really do is contact Ebay but as it's (No offence) nothing to do with you, i doubt much will happen..
