i went with norwich union for contents only before and when i genuinely dropped my laptop they tried telling me i was on the blag and it took 5 months of phone call after phone call to get them to pay out!
and when they did they only payed £390. the laptop wasnt that old and cost 3 times what they paid
needless to say i soon cancelled
