what happens if its got no road tax cause the guys been in hospital ect or a member of his family was dying and he never had time to think about that,,,, the way they lifted the car was NOT correct, there is a balance section to make sure the car lifts straight up and as for dragging it, thats another thing thats NOT ALLOWED, when the bloke goes to collect the car ANY DAMAGE will have to be payed for as its CRIMINAL DAMAGE, you aint allowed to fucking enforce a law by BREAKING a fucking law
