I was wondering if you would be able to help me understand some more things as i am new to doing my own engines,if you dont mind.

This is what i had in mind: 200 BHP,CVH RS Turbo engine in my Fiesta XR2 MK1.
would it be worth my while to get better parts like uprated bolts + rods(APR,BURTON POWER for instance).
I would of thought that the bearings would also be a weak part if the bolts and rods were,so would i need uprated bearings?
I'm thinking i would need a reground crank am i right in thinking this?
Would i benifit having my flywheel lightened(should i bother)?
Back to pistons, would i be better off buying low comp but i havnt got £500 to be spending on them so should i just buy standard and chop 0.5mm off to make them low comp?
I'm taking the bottom end to an engineer
