Hi guys,

A friend of mine at work is looking at a decompression plate for his series 2. He has a Fiesta Turbo EFI stage 3 head on his. Are these any good (the decomp plates that is!!) and do they cause any damage to the engines?

Whats the best one to go for if he were to go for one? Any one had any experience with these?
