Matt, i dont know you but i feel sorry for you mate I know exactly what your going thru as my wife walked out on me earlier on this year & i thought i'd never cope without her but you know what mate, it really does get easier as time goes by I still miss my wife at times but i just get on with things & coming on this forum helped me out alot because i too posted a thread up on here when she left & the nice people on here replied & made me feel better! Even thou it's gonna be difficult to stay positive at times you've gotto keep your chin up & stay busy. I hope that's helped mate.
