can it be changed after left??

long story,someone bought summit,paid via paypal,got item left good feeback,i left good on theirs, month later moneey withdrawn from paypal account by paypal saying investigating for fraud,just checked his feedback and hes done it to someone else in past week!!!!!!! problem is my feedback says hes great!!! need to change it, Anyone from allerton wanna kick his fuckin ed in??
