No I didnt have the other account, and as for contacting them, I've sent them email, know all I'll get back is an automated response. I spoke to live help, who were about as much use as a cup of cold piss. Why does an international company have to hide behind an email address? Is there some reason for not disclosing their phone number or address? Or is it cos their dodgy twats, who seem to think they can do as they like, regardless of the effects it has.
