RE:Worx have been doing 9 second quarters with a FD3S rotary engined street legal RX7 for a while now... these cars are seriously seriously quick.
My best friend has one doing a tad over 300bhp with 8psi and I know few people who have single turbo conversions doing 450bhp without problems
