But if you have a friend in the Police or DVLA you can do it that way.
Be warned though, I'd not expect the owner to be pleased you found out where they live off there plate. If somebody came round saying they had tracked me down, I'd be mega pissed off
the dvla thing is what i was thinking.
and about pissing them off, i've already thought about that and will be sensitive to that reason if i do find em. oh and i wont tell them i traced them, i'll just pretend i saw it round where they live, provided its not too far. suppose a bit of money would help too
