You need to make sure that you follow the correct procedure for setup, else you will have all sorts of probs with your ICV

The base voltage needs to be less than 0.6 volts when at idle. MEasure with a voltmeter at the ecu plug end. I believe it is pins 30 an 17 to measure across, but dont quote me.
