If you are buying on double that solicitors fee and add stamp duty..

Sols = £1200 (Buying and selling)
Stamp Duty = 1% over 125k 3% over 250k
Est Agents = 1.5% average (+ vat)
Removals = ??
Mtge fee's = ??
