Sorry it was a general rule...

Not everybody's driving style suits the same springs so your best testing things on your own.

I drove a 400bhp escort cosworth with ahmed spec stuff on thought it handled shit, to light on the rear and and bit washy on the front - on the road that was....
Yet the owner thought they were BRILLIANT . Obviously they will never be as good as proper race-spec stuff, but what do you expect ? They are certainly the best things to get for the money, and MUCH better than the budget coil-overs IMO (having had both on my Sapphire) .
